GRAND FORKS, N.D. (Valley News Live) - A local man was sentenced Monday for trafficking meth in and around Grand Forks.
Todd Frederick Myrvik pleaded guilty to one charge of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
According to court documents, on August 8, 2024, Myrvik distributed 135 grams of a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine.
And on August 12 of that year, Myrvik possessed with intent to distribute about 200 grams of a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine.
On June 2, he was sentenced to 162 months (13.5 years), with credit for time served. As part of the sentencing, he’ll be allowed to serve his sentence in a facility with a substance abuse treatment program. After jail, he’ll serve 10 years of supervised release.
